315/365: Mentor Me

I met Isabel in 2008 when Dustin and I were looking for our wedding photographer. Five years later, I'm still an Isabel groupie, and she has been my guiding light in this whole photography biz. She's incredibly generous in sharing her knowledge and she's hysterically awesome to boot. I love watching her and learning from her. Thanks for a great workshop today Isabel! 314/365: Fur Baby Naptime

This mommy is thankful for all 3 babies taking long naps so I have a few minutes to catch up on sneak peeks and POTD. Riley and Grayson shared the couch today.

313/365: That About Sums it Up

I'm not going to lie, I was SO busy yesterday that the day came and went with no picture of the day. I had 3 photo shoots and Dustin and I went on a fancy date (still... no picture. How did we forget to take a picture of us all dolled up?!). So, I took a picture this morning to make up for it.

Paul and Jill came over to watch Hannah while we went out, and they really only had Hannah for an hour before bedtime. However, combine separation anxiety, possible teething, getting over a cold and early tiredness setting in, they were dealing with one grumpy baby! To make it worse she cried harder when Paul was near her and Riley ate their dinner. They did great and it was wonderful to get out and not have to worry. Thanks guys!! 

312/365: Who Wakes Up This Happy?!

I mean seriously! No matter how tired I am... seeing this face in the morning is the best thing in the entire world.

311/365: Time to Baby Proof

She found the magazines... and she's quite proud! She hasn't figured out speed crawling yet, but she certainly has figured out how to get around.

On another note, Hannah has become pacifier obsessed with this cold. Let's see how long it lasts!

310/365: Upgrade!

To the non-photographer, this looks like any normal camera. To the photographer, you know it's not the top notch camera, BUT it's a new-to-me, really awesome camera - a Canon 5D. Now, time to read the manual and figure out how to use this monster! 

309/365: It Caught Us...

Hannah, at 7 1/2 months, has finally gotten her first cold. And boy is she a trooper. With a fever and a ton of snot, she is still a pretty happy camper. A little clingier, and a tad grumpy at times, but still happy little Hannah.
