66/365: Personification Photography

One of my favorite blogs/websites to follow is Click It Up a Notch. Recently, she posted a photography challenge of trying out personification photography - giving an inanimate object human traits.

This is my first shot at it (no pun intended). The hardest part, was trying to line the floor straight in the frame... not the easiest task with a big belly in my way making it impossible to lay flat! I did my best though. I think I'll try a few more personification photos after today. It's definitely a creative challenge.

My own critique... definitely should have closed my aperture to create a sharper picture. Live and learn.

Since Grayson was yesterday's picture of the day, I felt like I couldn't use him again, but I can't not share this picture! His newest obsession is stealing my back up shower loofa - he loves the netting.

I think G knows a baby is on its way. He won't leave my side!!

65/365: Play Time!

Grayson is always in "play mode" right after he eats dinner. If I had even a tad more energy and any mobility at all, I'm sure I could have gotten a cooler shot, but this is it ladies and gents. I am one tired mama to be!

64/365: Tummy Tuesday

Another Tummy Tuesday.... already! Today is 37 weeks. We officially have a full-term babe cookin' and we're so excited! Despite how elated I am to meet our daughter, I can't help but feel sad that my pregnancy is just about over!! I've enjoyed every minute of it (even those really nauseous and uncomfortable minutes)... what an amazing journey.

I love this picture, and it was so fun to take with Dustin. He makes me laugh <3.

Looking at this picture though, you can hardly see a bump! So, here is an official photo documenting this 37 week bump.

Dustin and I went to a surprise birthday dinner for our friend Eric, thrown by his wonderful wife Kathleen.

We all enjoyed great food, drinks and company! Happy Birthday, Eric!!

Today is a Friday with lots of clouds... again. Being tired and drained on my ride home, I wasn't feeling very creative or energetic in trying to get a good farm photo, so this is the best you're getting!
